Our rates and deposits

Rates are in NZD and include all taxes

1 Bedroom villa - $735 including all taxes;

2 Bedroom villa - $850 including all taxes for up to four persons and travel to 31st May 2012;

2 Bedroom villa - $950 including all taxes for up to four persons and travel from 1st June 2012

$150 for Early Check In, $150 for Late Check Out

Current Specials

Stays 5 nights in our 1 Bedroom Villas & pay for only 4 nights plus receive a 2 day complimentary car hire.

Extend to a 7 night stay and receive in addition a complimentary lagoon cruise plus BBQ picnic.

Note: Up to 4 persons in 2 Bedroom Villas all at the one rate.

Honeymoon Special

Stay 5 nights and receive a bottle of wine on arrival plus 'His & Hers' massage.

Exclusive Use

Te Vakaroa Villas can accommodate up to 18 persons and is available for exclusive use family gatherings, weddings etc. Generally we require a booking with a minimum 30 room nights (5 nights stays per villa) constitutes an exclusive use. Discounts on the above rates plus complimentary Wedding ceremonies/cocktail functions are offered when exclusive use is taken up.

Our cancellation policy

All bookings cancelled within 45 days prior to date of arrival receive a full refund.

All bookings cancelled within 21 days prior to date of arrival
receive a 50% refund; or a refund if we are able to resell the villa.

For all bookings cancelled within 14 days prior to date of arrival,
we will advise refunds on basis of room being resold. No show - full charge.
