2 Bedroom villa - $755/night thru to 31st March 2011;
$80/per extra person (max 4 persons in 2 bedroom villa)

Travel February to 31th May 2010: stay 7 nights and
pay for only 5 nights. Our year round special thoughout
2010/2011: stay 5 nights and pay for only 4 nights
Plus when staying seven nights or more receive in addition
a complimentary 2 day rental car hire and a lagoon cruise
with BBQ picnic lunch.
Te Vakaroa Villas can accommodate up to 18 persons and is available for exclusive use family gatherings, weddings etc. Generally we require a booking with a minimum 30 room nights (5 nights stays per villa) constitutes an exclusive use. Discounts on the above rates plus complimentary Wedding ceremonies/cocktail functions are offered when exclusive use is taken up.

Our cancellation policy
All bookings cancelled within 45 days prior to date of arrival
receive a full refund.
All bookings cancelled within 21 days prior to date of arrival
receive a 50% refund; or a refund if we are able to resell the villa.
For all bookings cancelled within 14 days prior to date of arrival,
we will advise refunds on basis of room being resold. No show - full charge.
