Children Policy

For our guests comfort of we have a no children under 12 years policy.

Our cancellation policy

  • Cancellation of bookings outside 60 days no fee

  • Cancellation of bookings between 60-30 days prior to arrival, guests will be charged 50% of the full cost of stay.

  • Cancellation inside 30 days and no shows or failure to inform Te Vakaroa of cancellation 100% charge of accommodation booked.

  • Guests can cancel free of charge up until 60 days prior to arrival date.

Exclusive Use

Te Vakaroa Villas can accommodate up to 18 persons and is available for exclusive use family gatherings, weddings etc.

Generally we require a booking with a minimum 30 room nights (5 nights stays per villa) constitutes an exclusive use.

Discounts on the above rates plus complimentary Wedding ceremonies/cocktail functions are offered when exclusive use is taken up.
